Terms and Conditions

This promotion is exclusively open to Real Account holders registered at 7Sultans, Royal Vegas, Platinum Play, and Vegas Palms casinos.

The promotional period in its entirety is between Tuesday May 05, 2009 and Monday June 29, 2009 (23:59 (EST)

The main competition prize total is comprised of $80,000 in cash (eighty thousand American Dollars) or the equivalent dollar amount converted to Euros, British Pounds, or Canadian Dollars, whichever is applicable, and 120,000 casino credits. Refer to tournament schedule for a detailed breakdown of how this prize pool is allocated

The main prize for the promotion is $50,000 or the equivalent dollar amount converted to Euro, British Pounds, or Canadian Dollars in cash. This prize will be awarded to the individual who finishes first on the grand final tournament leader board. A further $30,000 (thirty thousand American dollars) or the equivalent dollar amount converted to Euro, British Pounds, or Canadian Dollars in cash, will be split between the next 24 (twenty four) places on the grand final tournament leader board

Individual players are only allowed 1 (one) entry (alias) per qualifying tournament, quarter finals, semi finals and the grand final tournament. Fortune Lounge reserves the right to remove players or aliases from any tournament, if it is deemed that a player has entered more than once.
To gain an entry into the grand final tournament and to compete for the main prize, players must participate in any of the various qualifying tournaments associated with the competition and must win one of the available 200 places in the final tournament.

Players may choose to buy-in to the grand final tournament for $500 (five hundred American dollars) or the equivalent dollar amount converted to Euros, British Pounds, or Canadian Dollars, whichever is applicable. Some additional entries may be given away at Fortune Lounge’s discretion.
The foreign exchange rates will be decided by The Fortune Lounge group, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
The Final Live Tournament will be run over the period June 23 to June 29, 2009.

All prizes (Casino credits, cash and entries into subsequent tournaments) will be awarded throughout the course of the promotion according to the leader board for each completed qualifying tournament. NB: Prizes for seats to the semi finals and finals will only be awarded to players who have previously purchased with one of the Fortune Lounge Group of casinos. i.e. If a player wins a seat from one of the quarter final or semi final tournaments into one of the semi-final tournaments or the final tournament, and has not made a purchase with one of the Fortune Lounge Group of casinos by the end of the relevant tournament (Sunday night), they will forfeit their seat / prize.

Entries which are won in qualifying tournaments cannot be exchanged for cash

All Casino promotions are subject to ongoing review. The Casino reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without giving notice.
The Casino reserves the right to change the published promotional schedule and associated prize amounts without giving notice.

All competition details will be emailed to all Real Account holders in the Fortune Lounge group on the beginning date of each tournament.

Players may, at the discretion of Fortune Lounge, be invited to participate in additional special invitation promotions over the period.

The qualifiers for the Final, Semi final and Quarter finals will be published on the winners wall the day after each tournament.

Fortune Lounge will make every attempt to inform and remind all qualifiers to participate in the various qualifying tournaments as well as the Final Live Tournament. Please note that should a Player be eligible to compete in any of the qualifying tournaments or the Final Live Tournament and then for whatever reason not participate in that Tournament, the Casino shall not be liable to compensate that Player in any manner whatsoever.
If technical problems are experienced by a player while participating in any of the tournaments, Fortune Lounge will investigate the cause thereof. At the discretion of Fortune Lounge, buy-in or re-buy amounts may be refunded. If the technical issues are deemed to be player related (e.g. bad internet connection), Fortune Lounge reserve the right not to refund any amounts.

The finalists agree that their names and photographs and video imagery may be used in any promotional material by the Fortune Lounge group.
Employees of any member of the Fortune Lounge group, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this competition.

The standard terms and conditions of each of the Fortune Lounge group apply to this promotion and shall prevail in the event of any conflict between these terms and the standard terms and conditions.

The Fortune Lounge group's determination of the Winners shall be final and binding on all parties. The Fortune Lounge group shall not enter into any correspondence in this regard.

Once the Fortune Lounge group hands the prize to the Winners, the Winners shall own and bear all risk in and to the Prize. All costs and liabilities related to the Prize thereafter, including, but not limited to, personal tax, banking fees and insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and for the winner's exclusive account.
